Project Brief

As part of Dublin City Council’s NEIC IAP a site on the corner of Foley Park, north of Talbot Street, was identified as a flagship site to kick-start private participation within the re-development area. The design brief, which evolved through consultation with Dublin City Council, was for the provision of a mixed development to be carried out as a Public Private Partnership (PPP).

Project Description

The proposed development has been designed to include :

• A Municipal Arts Centre for Dublin City Council
  
  
• A Dance Centre aided by the Arts Council
  
  
• An Enterprise Centre to promote local business, and
  
  
• Private residential units with a ground floor Creche orientated around a central amenity space.
