The site is located adjoining a listed Public House and currently
has a two storey structure on part of the site. The client wishes
to re-develop the site.
The proposal consists of a three-storey structure containing retail,
a separate entrance to residetial and an archway to the rear for
parking, all at ground level. The upper two levels consist of three
apartments per floor. There is also access to a large roof garden
as an amenity space for the residents. The external treatment is
contemporary to contrast with the strong Victorian facade of the
adjoining listed building.
